Launched in January of 2021, The Cadence began when music business veterans Joshua Glazer (Coachella, Vice, URB Magazine) and Chris Monaco (Universal Music, Livestyle/SFX) wanted to share the frequent conversations they were having about what the biz might look like post-pandemic with their industry peers.
